In the nose, we find white fruit, apricots, peaches, ripe apples and mirabelles.
The mouth is dominated by apple, peach, a clear but pleasant bitterness of lemon peel.
We recommend it with grilled fish, delicate salads and cheeses. It works well with delicate dishes without thick and heavy sauces.
